Join the Queer African Studies Association

You may become a member of the Queer African Studies Association by registering through the MyASA portal at the African Studies Association website. Either login or register a new account through the MyASA portal. You do not need to have a paid membership with the ASA to register as a member of QASA. Once you login to MyASA, yo will see a link for Coordinate Organizations on the left side of the page. Select that link and follow the onscreen instructions to become a member of QASA. During the Annual Meeting, QASA may choose to host information sessions or newcomer events during annual business meetings. You can look in the preliminary program for the ASA Annual Meeting or on the ASA website for dates, times, and locations for these meetings.
